VILLAGE OF SHELL LAKE

BYLAW 2-2007

A BYLAW OF THE VILLAGE OF SHELL LAKE TO AMEND BYLAW 10-87 WHICH IS THE BYLAW TO PROHIBIT CERTAIN ACTIVITIES CREATING NOISE AND TO RESTRICT THE HOURS WHEN CERTAIN SOUNDS MAY BE MADE WITHIN THE VILLAGE BOUNDARIES

The Council for the Village of Shell Lake in the Province of Saskatchewan
enacts as follows:

1. That the following be added to Section 3 General Prohibition

4. that no fireworks or firecrackers may be set off on any private property or village property, unless approval has been given by Council prior to the activity.

THIS bylaw shall take effect and come into force on July 17th, 2007
